Living in the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny, creativity has always been part of who I am. I was born and raised in Chile, surrounded by art from a very young age, my mother is a talented artist who always included me in her creative journeys. That early influence shaped how I see the world and even now, no matter what I set out to make, there is often a hint of my Latin roots woven into the final piece.

After almost 20 years of living in Australia, I finally gave myself permission to explore a long-held dream: working with clay. Since then, I have fallen deeply in love with the quiet rhythm of hand-building and the endless possibilities it offers.

My work is deeply inspired by nature from flowing organic forms to the textures of earth, rock and sea. I love experimenting with glazes and surfaces, often playing with contrast: bright, joyful colours alongside warm, grounding tones.

​

Each piece is a little exploration in itself and no two are ever the same. That is the beauty of working slowly, intentionally and by hand.
